About the Founder of

Nafas Emadlou is the founder of NEO Web Agency, a creative studio specializing in user-centered website design and development. Based in Asheville, NC, she designs websites in Figma and develops them using Wix Studio, WordPress, and Squarespace.

Having lived in three different countries and collaborated with people from diverse cultures and industries, Nafas has developed a broad perspective that shapes her approach to design. These experiences, combined with her background as a market researcher, allow her to better understand both business goals and user needs, creating websites that connect with the right audience.

She holds a PhD in Tourism, Hospitality, and Retail Management, where she gained extensive knowledge of customer behavior, marketing, and management. Today, she applies this expertise to designing digital experiences that are both user-focused and strategically aligned with business objectives. Her interest in psychology, particularly Jungian theory, further deepens her understanding of human behavior and informs her design decisions.

Alongside her academic and professional background, Nafas has long been passionate about visual art, painting, and writing. She draws on these creative disciplines throughout her design process, combining storytelling, aesthetics, and strategic thinking to craft digital products that are not only functional but also engaging and memorable.
